Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to GlazeMe. By downloading, installing, or using the GlazeMe mobile application ("App"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GlazeMe ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Section 01
Eligibility
To use GlazeMe, you must:
- Age Requirement: Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by your country).
- Legal Capacity: Be capable of forming a legally binding contract.
- No Restrictions: Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws.
- Device Requirements: Have a valid Apple ID and a compatible iOS device.
If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Section 02
Account Registration
- Sign In with Apple: You must sign in using Sign in with Apple to access the App.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information at all times and keep it up to date.
- No Impersonation: You may not impersonate another person or create accounts on behalf of others without their permission.
- Unauthorized Access: You must notify us immediately at info@glazeme.flowstatedev.co if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
- Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without notice.
Section 04
Credits, Subscriptions & Payments
4.1 Free Credits
- Every user receives 9 free glazes per day at no cost.
- Free credits reset daily and do not carry over to the next day.
4.2 In-App Purchases

- Credit Top-Up ($0.99): Adds 9 additional glazes to your account instantly.
All payments are processed through secure third-party providers (Apple App Store). Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and may include applicable taxes.
4.3 Billing & Renewals
- All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions).
4.4 Refunds & Cancellations
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. Refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple's App Store support at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.
Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by applicable law.
4.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription and in-app purchase prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance through the App or App Store listing.
4.6 Credit Limitations
Credits have no monetary value outside the App. They may not be transferred between users, exchanged for cash, or used on any other platform. Credits associated with a terminated or deleted account are forfeited without refund.
Section 05
Money Transfer Feature
5.1 Sending Money
- The money transfer feature allows users to send real monetary amounts alongside glazes.
- By using this feature, you confirm that all transfers are voluntary and made in good faith.
5.2 User Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for all money transfers initiated from your account.
- GlazeMe is not a licensed financial institution or payment processor.
- All financial transactions are facilitated through approved third-party payment services.
5.3 Prohibited Transfers
You may not use the money transfer feature to:
- Send money for illegal goods or services
- Facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any criminal activity
- Harass, threaten, or coerce other users
5.4 Disputes
GlazeMe is not responsible for resolving disputes between users regarding money transfers. We recommend only sending money to people you know and trust.

AI-Generated Content
- AI Limitations: GlazeMe uses artificial intelligence to generate glaze messages based on your inputs. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
- Not Professional Advice: Do not rely on AI-generated content for professional, medical, legal, financial, or other critical advice. All generated content is for entertainment and personal use only.
- Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending it.
- Content Moderation: We reserve the right to filter, block, or remove AI-generated content that violates these Terms.
- License to GlazeMe: You grant GlazeMe a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized glaze content to improve our AI models and services.
Section 07
Keyboard Extension
- Optional Feature: The GlazeMe keyboard extension is optional and must be explicitly enabled by you in iOS Settings.
- No Keystroke Logging: The keyboard extension does not record, store, or transmit your keystrokes outside of GlazeMe glaze generation actions.
- Easy Disable: You may disable the keyboard extension at any time through iOS Settings.
- Compatibility: We are not responsible for any compatibility issues between the keyboard extension and third-party apps.
The keyboard extension is built with a privacy-first approach — it only activates when you explicitly trigger a GlazeMe action and never monitors general typing activity.
Section 08
Acceptable Use Policy
GlazeMe is intended to be a fun, positive, and respectful experience. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of, the App by any other party.
By using the App you represent that you have the right to submit any content or input provided and that it does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, refuse payments, and report illegal activity to law enforcement — without prior notice — for any violation of this policy.
Section 09
Prohibited Content & Activities
You may NOT use GlazeMe, its features, its payment system, or any associated services to create, share, request, monetize, or distribute any content or activity in the following categories:
9.1 Adult Content and Services
Content containing nudity, sexually explicit material, or explicit sexual acts. This includes subscriber-only nude images, adult audio or video live chat, escort services, pornography, and any sexually suggestive content involving real or simulated individuals.
9.2 Intellectual Property or Proprietary Rights Infringement
Content that infringes upon any third party's intellectual property rights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, publicity rights, or other proprietary rights. You may not impersonate brands, reproduce protected logos, or use copyrighted material without authorization.
9.3 Copyright-Infringing Content
Content that infringes copyright, including leaked music albums, pirated films, unauthorized software, ebooks, courses, or any media distributed without the rights-holder's permission.
9.4 Violent Extremism and Hate Speech
Content that engages in, encourages, promotes, or celebrates unlawful violence or hate speech toward any group or individual based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. This includes terrorist content, incitement to violence, and content that glorifies violent acts.
Additional Prohibited Activities
- Harassment, bullying, stalking, doxxing, or threatening any individual
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors — strictly forbidden and immediately reported to authorities
- Fraudulent activity, scams, phishing, money laundering, or financial deception
- Illegal drugs, weapons, or other contraband
- Malware, spyware, viruses, or any code intended to harm devices or systems
- Spam, mass-unsolicited messaging, or automated abuse of the credit/glaze system
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code or API keys
- Circumventing rate limits, paywalls, or any technical restrictions of the App
- Using the App to defame, libel, or maliciously target any person
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement.
Section 10
User Conduct
In addition to the prohibited activities listed in Section 9, by using GlazeMe you agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Send abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or hateful content
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to access or interact with the App
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
- Upload viruses or any other malicious code
- Collect or harvest other users' personal information without their consent
- Use the money transfer feature for fraudulent or illegal purposes
- Create multiple accounts to abuse the free credits system
Section 11
Leaderboard & Community Features
- Ranking Calculation: Leaderboard rankings are based on in-app activity and are calculated at our discretion.
- Removal Rights: We reserve the right to remove users from the leaderboard for suspicious activity, abuse, or Terms violations.
- Public Visibility: Public display of your username and glaze activity on the leaderboard is part of the App's core functionality. You consent to this visibility by using the App.
Section 12
Intellectual Property
12.1 Our Content
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software — are the exclusive property of GlazeMe and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting content through the App, you grant GlazeMe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the App.
12.3 Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our prior written consent. "GlazeMe" and associated marks, logos, and product names are trademarks of GlazeMe and may not be used without permission.
Section 13
Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services including:

Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
Section 14
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the App
- Accuracy or reliability of any content or AI-generated messages
- That the App will meet your specific requirements
Section 15
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GlazeMe shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- Any damages resulting from AI-generated content
- Any financial losses resulting from money transfers made through the App
- Any damages exceeding the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to GlazeMe in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50
Section 16
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GlazeMe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
- Content you submit, generate, or transmit through the App
Section 17
Termination
17.1 By GlazeMe
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
17.2 By You
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us at info@glazeme.flowstatedev.co.
17.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases. Unused credits and subscriptions are non-refundable. We may retain certain data as required by law. Sections covering Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law survive termination.
Section 18
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not available or applicable, through the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at info@glazeme.flowstatedev.co and attempt to resolve the issue informally. Many disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
Section 19
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do:
- We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification, push notification, or email
- The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision
Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Section 20
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
Section 21
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GlazeMe regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
